As I knew weeks ago from sources, Gary Hilton’s federal trial on charges of murdering Irene and John Bryant has been delayed until February.
The defense is trying to make a deal. They will not consider anything less than taking the death penalty off the table for both murders, in return for guilty pleas and life in prison. Hilton is already on Florida’s Death Row.
